We send orders via Borders Express and StarTrack,  Australia Wide. Shipping information will be given once your order is dispatched. Please note, Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays. Unfortunately these are out of our control. 

International shipping:

Freight is calculated based on the items in your cart, with the best chosen. We use Australia Post and DHL for international Shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once dispatched.

Wholesale customers:

Shipping is charged at Borders Express rates.

We ship your items in boxes that are designed to protect your purchases. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging at least 14 days after receiving your order.

Australian Made collections are individually handmade to order, please expect 4-6 weeks for your items to arrive following payment. If all items in your order are already in stock, they will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, expected delivery time frames are below:

VIC Metro: 2 working day

VIC Country: 2-3 working days

NSW: 2-5 working days

QLD: 3-8 working days

SA: 2-4 working days

WA: 5-10 working days

NT: 7-10 working days
