Breakages/Damages in Transit

Refunds or replacements can be arranged for breakages that have occurred during transport. Please email details and photos to hospitality@robertgordonaustralia.com if you are needing assistance.

Returns/Change of Mind
Please note, our Australian Made/Made to Order collections are hand-made to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns for changes of mind. Stock Ready collections may be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, however transport and re-stocking fee's ma y apply. Please email hospitality@robertgordoninteriors.com for assistance.

Faulty Stock
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, with all ranges subjects to tests for food safety, quality and durability by our in-house ceramic technician and 3rd party laboratories. If you believe you have received a faulty product please email us at hospitality@robertgordonaustralia.com and we will do our best to assist.
